Series Stats Update

Hello,

I am a series reader and if you’ve seen any of my quarterly updates you’ll know I’m not always the best at continuing the series I’ve started. This has been a major goal of my over the past few years and I figured I’d share with you an update on how I’m tracking through my series.

I am a bit of a nerd so I do track what I’m reading for the year and how I’m progressing through series in my reading spreadsheet. This post will feature some graphs and charts. I am hoping to provide this updates, probably quarterly so you can see how I’m tracking. Also so I can hold myself accountable.

Ultimately, reading is fun and something I do for enjoyment. I am hoping these posts will motivate me to pick up some series I’ve been reading for a while.

I tend to avoid reading this last book because I don’t want to finish the series and then I end up leaving the final book too long that I don’t remember all the details or I need to reread the series. Yeah can’t really explain the way my brain works 😂😂😂 Is this just me? Please let me know if you also do this!

“What grated the most was the realisation that maybe it had never been about talent, or beauty, or some indefinable golden quality. It has always been bullshit.”

I will start by saying that I was given a copy in exchange for an honest review. Thank so much to the wonderful team over at Scribe for sending a copy my way!

Quarterly Check-In

Hello,

Welcome to another stat filled quarterly check-in. I am still struggling on the whole work/life balance while dealing with chronic pain but I am slowly getting into a better routine so fingers crossed and I can start posting here at least once a week. Also I will be finished with my studies at the end of the year so that is going to free up a lot of time!

I am still reeling that we are already halfway through the year. Like where did the time go? To celebrate I am bringing the pie charts back! Yay for charts!

These stats look at all the books I’ve read in July, August and September. While I read them in 2023 not all the books have been released in 2023.

Also, this is a sequel; I will try and keep my review as spoiler free as possible but just be wary if you haven’t read the two books of The Fallen Series.

Quarterly Check-In

Hello,

Welcome to another stat filled quarterly check-in. Trying to find a work life balance between work and uni has been almost impossible this quarter. So I have been dragging on the blogging front. I am slowly getting into a better routine so fingers crossed and I can start posting here at least once a week.

I am still reeling that we are already halfway through the year. Like where did the time go? To celebrate I am bringing the pie charts back! Yay for charts!

These stats look at all the books I’ve read in April, May and June. While I read them in 2023 not all the books have been released in 2023.

“You’re a mess. I’m a miss. And that’s fine. We don’t need to be perfect. Broken chords can also be a part of a song.”

I will start by saying that I was given an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review. These opinions are my own. Thank you so much to L.A. Cannon for sending a copy my way! While this is the third in the Burn to Rise series, they are interconnected and you can read this without reading the first two.

Quarterly Check-In

Hello,

Welcome to another stat filled quarterly check-in. To no one’s surprise I am still slacking on the blogging front. I am hopeful — like always — that this will change as I get back into a routine now I’ve got through the busy period at work and I’m on break from uni at the moment.

I cannot believe we are already a quarter into the year! To celebrate I am bringing the pie charts back! Yay for charts!

These stats look at all the books I’ve read in January, February and March. While I read them in 2023 not all the books have been released in 2023.
