Today’s card is Invisible Man

Have you ever read a book that changed how you view the world? In what way?

Yes, there has been lots. One in particular is The Art of Asking by Amanda Palmer. This book was incredible. It make me realise that there is no shame in asking for help whether it’s for a creative project or personal situation. Amanda knows first hand that asking is scary but also that it’s a gift that’s in constant circulation.

Do you enjoy reading books that challenge you? Why or why not?

I do enjoy reading challenging books. One of the reasons I love reading is to learn about the world and from other people’s experience. I will admit these aren’t books I would really all the time because sometimes like get stressful and you just need a purely entertaining book you can escape into.
