Today’s card is The Blind Assassin

Who is your favourite author? What is your favourite book by that author?

Favourite author know that is a difficult question! I do have a few including Madeline Miller, Laura Elizabeth Wollett, Conn Iggulden and Sharon Penman.

Favourite books by each author are The Song of Achilles, The Love of a Bad Man, Trinity and The Sunne in Splendour.

Have you ever read a book by your favourite author that you did not like? What about it turned you off?

Hmm I don’t think so. I mean I did give the fourth book in Conn Iggulden’s Wars of the Roses series 4.5 stars because the his portrayal of Richard III was more like the Shakespeare version 😂😂😂
