Hello,
I can’t believe August is over and with that so is the N.E.W.T.s readathon! It’s a month long Harry Potter themed readathon where each for each book you read, will go towards your N.E.W.T exams. This is a continuation of the O.W.L.s readathon which happened in April.
The readathon was hosted on BookTube by G from Book Roast. It was month long Harry Potter themed readathon where each for each book you read, you pass one of your O.W.L exams.
Unlike with the O.W.L.s were you are only required to complete one book per subject, in the N.E.W.Ts you may be required to read multiple books per subject to prove your skill. Each subject in the N.E.W.Ts will contain three prompts, each for a specified grade. The grades are Acceptable (A), Exceeded Expectations (E) and Outstanding (O).
Your chosen Wizdarding Career determines which grades and which classes you need.

To recap, the career I chose was Magizoologist.
A magizoologist is a person who dedicates their life to studying, investigating and protecting magical creatures. The majority of wizards decide to focus on a specific favourite species after a couple of decades of studying the broader spectrum of fantastic beasts.
So to become a Magizoologist, the N.E.W.T.s grades I needed were; O in Care of Magical Creatures, E in Charms and E Herbology.
So I finished N.E.W.T.s for 6 different classes and got the grades I need to become a Magizoologist! I am pretty proud of myself, not going to lie.
The N.E.W.T.s grades I completed are:
Arithmancy
